We are a small operation by choice. We are focused on you, your friends and your family. We get enjoyment from having someone harvest the biggest deer of their life than money could ever buy.
$2500.00 for six days of hunting, muzzleloader, bow/crossbow, rifle for the Kansas rut. We have 22+ stands and ground blinds over 2000+ acres, each stand is 18 feet up for proper scent control.
All feeders, cameras, and minerals begin months prior to your hunt. We only book up to 8 hunters per week, at the most.
All food, housing, bedding, are provided. We have two full amenity rustic farm houses with everything a normal home would have. All you need is your tag, weapon and pillow, we provide the rest!
Arrival on a Sunday, departure on the following Saturday.

Transportation is provided to and from a reasonable distance to the stand/blind.
• All fees listed below will have an internet convenience fee added at time of applying online for a permit or preference point.
• You will also need to purchase a nonresident hunting license, $97.50 (16 and over), $42.50 Jr. hunt license (15 and younger), the nonresident hunting license fee is nonrefundable.
• $117.50 Nonresident Youth White-tailed Deer Permit (youth 15 and younger and includes $27.50 nonrefundable application fee)
• $442.50 Nonresident White-tailed Deer Permit, (16 and older and includes $27.50 nonrefundable application fee)
• Bag Limit: (1) white-tailed deer - buck, doe or fawn AND (1) white-tailed antlerless deer (No additional fee required. Included with White-tailed Deer Permit)
• Hunting dates are booked on a first come, first-served basis. A separate booking contract is required for each hunter in your party. A minimum deposit of 50% (per hunter) of the cost of the hunt is due with this booking contract. The full balance is due on arrival at the ranch and may be paid by cash, cashier's check, personal check, money order or PayPal. A phone call will not reserve your hunting dates; please send a signed contract and a deposit.
• You must furnish your own license, tags, transportation to and from the ranch, and your own personal gear. Hunters applying for non-resident tags are required to notify BR Outfitters within seven days of the notification of the drawing results.
• Cancellation policy: Deposits are 100% refundable in cases of injury or family emergency. However, should the hunter fail to draw an out-of-state license, the deposit is 100% refunded, or the deposit may be held for the following calendar year with the same dates reserved.
• You should ensure you are in inadequate physical condition to undertake consecutive days of hunting activity, possibly in adverse weather conditions. If you have any health conditions which may compromise your ability to participate, or which may be aggravated by this exertion, you are advised to seek the advice of your physician prior to committing to this activity. Hunter agrees to absolve BR Outfitters, LLC and employees from any liability for injury, illness or death which may be incurred as a result of this hunting trip.
• Hunter agrees to abide by all laws of the State of Kansas. As well as all applicable Federal game laws that may apply. It is the responsibility of the hunter to understand and abide by all applicable laws.
• Hunting is our business; however, BR Outfitters cannot guarantee the availability or take of any game animal. We work diligently to provide the ground and accommodations to give you, the hunter, a memorable experience. We do not guarantee against conditions beyond our control, such as adverse weather, interference from other hunters, neighbors, etc. and the hunter accepts these terms.
• We abide by the laws of the State of Kansas and by industry-standard outfitting laws and practices. Hunters are forbidden to shoot any animals other than whitetail deer. In the event that a hunter kills game not specified in their hunting contract or verbal agreement, the hunter will be charged a harvest fee comparable to the standard hunt price for that animal.
• Any disputes which may arise from this contract shall be governed by the laws of and settled in the judicial system of the State of Kansas.
